About General Trading (Asia)
General Trading (Asia) Limited — GTA — is a subsidiary of the Hatex Testrut Heitech Group in Germany. We design, develop, manufacture and trade housewares: kitchenware, small appliances, bathroom accessories, garden furniture and other home essentials.
What does GTA do?
GTA is the group's Asian export operation. European retailers and importers buy from us in carton quantities, ex works Ningbo, China, against a quotation — there is no online checkout and no retail sale.
Our range covers six own brands and more than 3,000 SKUs. This pop-up site shows the current new-in selection with wholesale FOB pricing per piece; the full range is quoted on request.

Who is behind GTA?
The Hatex Testrut Heitech Group is a German distributor and manufacturer of indoor and outdoor products. GTA operates as the group's Asian sourcing, development and export arm, which means a European buyer gets German product management with factory-direct pricing out of China.
The relationship is published by the group itself: Testrut (DE) GmbH — an international trading house based in Tönisvorst with more than 85 years of history as a non-food specialist — lists General Trading (Asia) Ltd. in Ningbo as its Asian showroom.
The company was incorporated in Hong Kong in November 2015 as Testrut Asia (HK) Limited and later renamed General Trading (Asia) Limited, as recorded in the Hong Kong Companies Registry.

Where do buyers see the range?
The group exhibits the brands together at trade fairs, which is usually where a first meeting happens. Hatex AS GmbH & Co KG shows at Ambiente in Frankfurt, hall 8.0, stand F10.
